Developer retainer
A block of development hours each month at a discounted rate. For work that comes up regularly but not full-time.
- 3 tiers, scaled by monthly hours
- Short initial commitment, then month-to-month
- Unused hours roll forward on the mid and larger tiers, up to a cap and with an expiry window
- Upgrades apply immediately. Downgrades at the next billing cycle
- The entry tier has no rollover. It's the on-ramp to the mid tier
- Full terms live in the retainer agreement

Managed infrastructure
Separate from development hours. We keep what we build running.
- Monthly fee scaled to your footprint, from a single site to multiple apps and databases
- Monitoring, backups, security patches, and dependency updates included
- Hosting, domains, and third-party services passed through at cost plus a handling margin
- Next-business-day response. Faster outage response on the larger tier
- After-hours emergency work is billed at a premium
